Rent-A-Center at 201 Northeast Wilshire Boulevard, Burleson, Texas.

OMG is all I can say!! I had rented a mini lap top from the Burleson location just to be able to use it on the go, thinking it would be easier with my small business information. SOOOO I got the computer and it was HORRIBLE. I could tell it was USED.... But I didn’t realize HOW used it was until I was out of the store. Being a first time renter I just figured that you get junky stuff when you cant afford to up and buy new stuff. Long story short I was VERY unhappy with the computer. WHEN it worked it still was horrible... I paid for it about 2 months (which was WAAAAYYY to long)!!!!! Finally my next payment was due so I was just taking the piece of crap back. That week some unfortunate things happened in my family and I was unable to get it back to the store... so the computer payment was 4 days overdue. Which the phone calls were UNDERSTANDABLE... I made arrangements to bring it back and even though I still got a call EVERYDAY that’s ok right? I took the merchandise back to the store and got "Justin". HE WAS SOOOOO RUDE. At that point I decided I would rather not be a customer and told him I just wanted to return it. He DEMANDED I gave him $45 for it being late... oh and the charger quit working so I was asking him to please restore the computer in front of me so I would know my bank information and every password I own was gone of the comp. HE REFUSED!! He continued to tell me I didn’t "deserve" to get my information off the computer. He literally was screaming and talking over me. He told me he wanted HIS money and I needed to give it to him NOW. Which normally I would have no problem; it was my problem that I had a late charge but NOWAY was i giving him anything. He continued to yell and degrade me for about 10 min until my husband came in and stopped the situation.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I got in the car so mad that I started bawling!!! I have called corporate several times and can get a call back or answer... but I won’t stop until something is done about that crazy jerk.
