Recently I purchased a Ford F350 from Hiley Hyundai. They had the exact truck I had been looking for out on their lot. My first contact at Hiley was with David Gomez who sent me an email because the sales person assigned to me was out of the office sick. Having owned a truck similar in the past to the one I purchased from Hiley, I had a ton of questions. David set up a phone call with me and answered all of my questions and was able to help me set up an appointment. I showed up to my appointment to take a look and test drive the truck with my sales person. Upon walking into the dealership the staff is very friendly and the dealership looks brand new. After taking a look at the truck and going for a test drive the sales person showed me all of the service that had been done on the truck and made me 100% comfortable with the purchase. During the sale of the truck I found out that David Gomez wasn’t an “internet sales manager” like you get calls from at other dealerships. He was the General Manager and Owner who took time out of his day to help answer questions about my purchase, you’re not going to find that at any other dealership.
